Convert JPG and PNG images to PDF

Build a PDF from photos or scans. Order the images, choose the page size and margins, and download the result — all without an upload.

Images are embedded on your device. The PDF is built in memory; nothing is uploaded.

No images selected yet.

Steps

  1. Add the images. Each one becomes one page, in list order.
  2. Use Move up / Move down to fix the order; there is no drag requirement.
  3. Pick a page size, orientation and margin.
  4. Create the PDF, then open it to confirm page order and framing.

Images to PDF questions

Are photos rotated correctly?

Yes. Each image is decoded with its EXIF orientation applied, drawn onto a white canvas and then embedded. pdf-lib does not apply EXIF rotation by itself, so this step avoids sideways pages.

What happens to transparent PNGs?

Transparency is flattened onto white, because a PDF page has no concept of your screen background. The page will look the same as the preview you see here.

Which page size should I choose?

A4 or Letter for documents you will print; “fit the image” when each page should match the image aspect exactly. Orientation on automatic makes wide images landscape.

Is the text searchable?

No. The pages contain images, not recognised text. OCR is not part of this tool, so a scan stays an image.

What are the limits?

Up to 30 images, 25 MB each, 40 megapixels per image. Very large images are normalised to a 4000 px longest edge before embedding.
